I've been in the fitness industry in Boston now for 6 years. In my time in the profession I've realized that fitness is just as much mental as it is physical. Most people work out to improve their lives, to deal with emotions or situations or to simply disconnect from life for a bit. My hope with this website is that while I take you on your fitness journey I can also promote healthy living as a whole through thought provoking conversations, while breaking down a few barriers and supporting each while doing so. 
 My approach in the industry is about owning where you are in your journey, today. Are you an ex-athlete, a beginner, recovering from an injury, coming back after having a child or just in need of something new to motivate you. There is no one-size-fits all method and no day is the same. Listen to your body, do what feels right and have fun while doing it. My only hope is that I can inspire you to live your healthiest life in and out of the gym, so lets sweat and have some fun!
